1. not giving in to wanting to eat junk food at the airport because it smells good and everyone around me is eating it.
2. being zen and patient about things like flight delays, people cutting me in line (who ended up going to a broken kiosk anyway so joke’s on you!) , not being able to get wi-fi at the airport, forgetting my headphones. getting angry at myself or at things i can’t control isn’t going to really solve the problem. i know, this is obvious, but it’s hard for me to come to terms with because i like to be in control of everything.so i’m trying a new thing and just going to RELAX and LET GO while i am in atlanta this weekend. also, my friend brittany’s dog is sleeping at my feet right now and it’s very relaxing.
